Simply this means that the proteins are broken down into smaller parts which makes it easier to dissolve. Another option is a plant-based collagen product that doesnβt actually contain any collagen itself, but contains various nutrients needed for collagen production. The goal of these supplements is to support your bodyβs own natural collagen production by providing the ingredients necessary to build the protein. Since plant-based collagen supplements donβt actually contain collagen, they wonβt have the same effectiveness as a true collagen supplement. However, it will still provide animal-free eaters with what they need to support their collagen production. Adding either option to your morning coffee/tea smoothie and evening tea/water will make it easy to take daily.
Since collagen needs about 6-8 weeks of taking the proper amount daily to receive benefits I will share an update a little later.
